Terms & Conditions
  1. Meet and assist at the Jeddah airport Hajj terminal (Subject to Saudi Government authority) & group assistance.
  2. As Makkah and Madinah hotels have on DBL Rooms so there will be extra bed for Triple/Quad room.
  3. Our company is an approved Hajj operator, including arrangements through collaborative arrangements considered as the First party. Client/Haji will be considered as the second party.
  4. First party is liable to give all the services committed to him and which are mentioned in his brochure.
  5. Second party is liable to make payments to the first party on time, or there will be no claim valid against the first party if the payment is not made on time.
  6. Second party has a right to make a claim against the first party if any specified service is not provided to him.
  7. The first party will clear his position against the second party if any specified service is not given to the second party. If a claim arises, then the claim will be given to the second party for the only service which was not provided to the second party. (Force majeure clause will apply).
  8. The first party has the right to provide a better hotel or to upgrade the Haji to a better service.
  9. First party is only liable to provide you the rooms in the hotel which is committed and no complain will be entertained for not giving any suite or smaller or a large room is not given to the second party.
  10. Makkah towers room configuration has stairs. First party will not entertain complaints for the room given with the stairs.
  11. First party has the right to include any person in any group or in any camp in Mina and Arafat and in any bus.
  12. Second party has to make full payments on the specified dates or the first party has the right to confiscate their passports and forfeit their money if any paid and do not allow them to proceed for Hajj until and unless dues are not clear and claim the losses.
  13. The administrative part of traveling of Hajj papers will be given to the haji before their departure.
  14. Hajj training and package administrative presentation attendance is mandatory and no complain or claim will not be valid from absences.
  15. Our package is based on LHE-JED-LHE OR LHE - JED - MED – LHE Ticket including PSF. (Ticket price not included).
  16. Any “No Show” or date change penalty / charges if any will be borne by Hajji.
  17. The second party representative who is dealing on behalf of his family / friends / group. He is responsible for all the commitment and will take care of his family / friend / group. Further other group members who have booked the package directly through us have no right to complain or claim.

  19. Due to close location in Mina to Jamarat, no transport to be provided for Tawaf-e-Ziyarah and on 12 Zul Hija. As all roads are closed near the tents as all Hajis are going to Makkah for Tawaf-e-Ziyarah.
  20. All itineraries, hotel services & toilets are tentative & are subject to local Saudi laws & our group operation limitations.
  21. We will only be completing all the formality with the reference to ministry of religious affairs Islamabad and will not be responsible for any delay and non-issuance of Hajj Visa by the consulate.
  22. Amount of SAR 900/ – for Qurbani will be changed if Govt. of Pakistan makes it mandatory on private sector also.
  23. Our services in Mashaer days such as Tent, Accommodation, Food, Water, Transport and Bathroom are managed by Moalim by Saudi laws. Our services are subject to Moalim.
  24. Max one suitcase per person is allowed in Hajj trip, any excess luggage movement / transportation will be on the risk and cost of Hajji and Saudi laws. Luggage handling in the Hajj journey is the responsibility of Hujjaj. The first party will assist, lost / stolen liability is claim MAX USD 100 for tagged / locked suitcase.
  25. Aziziya building services cannot be compared to hotel services.
  26. Makkah similar means Abraj Tower [Jabal e Omar project closed to Haram any five-star hotel. (By Saudi standard).
  27. Due to extreme hot weather, air conditioning will be provided but due to tents opening and limited electric power required temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Force Majeure

  • Company shall not be in breach of any of its obligations under this agreement to the extent that its performance is prevented, hindered, or delayed by an act, event or circumstance (whether of the kind described herein or otherwise), which is not within the control of such party (hereinafter referred to as “FORCE MAJEURE”).
  • Force majeure shall include but not be limited to the following:
    • Fire, flood, atmospheric disturbance, lighting, storm, typhoon
    • Strikes, lock-outs, or other industrial disturbances or labor disputes, tornado, tsunami, earthquake, epidemic or other acts of GOD.
    • War, riot, blockade, insurrection, or enemies, civil disturbances terrorism and sabotage and threats of such action.
    • Change of any applicable rule, regulation law or Hajj Quota, Saudi Talimaat and Moalim instruction, Covid-18 protocol which makes it terrorism and sabotage and threats of such action. Impossible or unlawful for either party to carry on its business.
