1. According to Saudi Policy for Umrah Visa issuance complete package must be booked through Saudi provided portals (Hotel, Transport, and Visa). Package one Booked is non-changeable, Non-refundable. 2. Any delay of payment, company will not be responsible for any loss of Ticket, Visa etc. 3. All ground services in Saudia Arabia are responsibility of Saudi Company. Pick-up and Hotel Check-in may delay, Transport Vehicle /Driver will be provided according to availability. 4. Package is for the group of minimum 35 persons with sharing bus seat. Transport route double Umrah Jed-Mak-Med- Jed as per group travel booking. If arrival is to or from Madinah to Double Umrah Travel will not be included. 5. Package will be charged in Riyal conversion will be made as per bank Transaction charges. Advance payment is mandatory before processing of Visa or Hotel Booking. Company will not be responsible for any delay or Price change if payment is not paid in full. 6. Any additional Tax, or policy if imposed by Pakistan or Saudi Government will be added in the package without prior notification. 7. Visa and package processing will start only after 100% advance payment. In case of partial payment company reserves right to stop processing. In case of overstay /escape SAR 50,000 will be charged. 8. Individual traveling with Star Hotel packages and private transfers is also available per Hotel availability and tariff. Increase in price as per selection of hotel and transport will be applied. 9. Ticket is not included in the packages. 10. Children up to 05 years sharing their parent’s room are free of charge, from 06-11 years will apply adult package. 11. Send to embassy cases will be charged as per market rates. 12. Walking distance of Makkah & Madinah accommodation may vary by + 50 meter. 13. Hotel Check in start after 16:00 HRS, Checkout must be before 12:00HRS. 14. Price can be changes any time without prior notice. Requirement: 1. Original Passport with 8-month validity. 2. Two Photographs passport size. 3.
